[Winona Online Democracy]



I wouldn't open anything from someplace you don't know - especially if they ask you to open an attachment.  Sounds very fishy to me.  There are a lot of these very "real" looking e-mail messages going around.  You should have a virus protection software program on your own computer (McAfee, Norton, etc.) and then you can ignore anything like this that someone sends.
