[Winona Online Democracy] Bob and all; My feeling about all legislatures is that until they learn to put away their petty differences they will always be having sessions like this. They were elected by the people to put aside their differences and vote or govern to help the State and Feredal Government function as a whole not as individual pockets each thinking they are better than the other.
