[Winona Online Democracy] I made a significant factual error in my ranting post yesterday about annexation. I stated that a quorum of the county board had met unnoticed. I meant to say town board.
Thank you to an unnamed senior county official for his alertness. I never meant to accuse the county board of anything...I just put the wrong word in and didn't catch it.
