[Winona Online Democracy] I was delighted to be reminded by Arlene Prosen of the UM Architecture School book "Winona". I was a student in the class that produced the book and I had a (small) hand in its creation. Mostly I remember the energy-conserving, climate-controlled mall proposed to cover Third Street. Lots of creative ideas, but don't take 'em to the bank without further study.
