[Winona Online Democracy]
Over the weekend, I was trying to lure some friends to visit us during Grand Excursion. I went online and have tried to find a website that promoted the events in Winona. After a basic search and going through the city's website and finding nothing, I was frustrated. I heard Tim Breza's interview on MPR last week and he mentioned a few things that I had not read about in the newspaper, so I am really looking for a complete schedule. Does anyone know if this is out there?
