[Winona Online Democracy]
I have been reading all the e-mails about traffic
and how congested it is. The biggest problem with Winona traffic is we
don't live close enough to Minneapolis and St Paul to get all the big bucks to
redo the roads almost every year. Just drive to the cities and the closer
you get, the more construction you see taken place on the roads.
