[Winona Online Democracy] It appears that a location for the Thompson Dredge had been agreed upon. According to the surveyor's legal description ( which I wouldn't have a clue in reading if it didn't mention Crooked Slough ) it's along Riverview Drive at the entrance to the harbor between the boat houses and the salt pile. I'm not sure exactly where, but the general public will be undoubtedly be informed prior to the grand opening.
