One final post regarding this topic:

I paid a visit to Jim Stetina the WPL Director, who provided the following information for 2003. He is currently compiling data regarding 2004, but understandably, it is not available yet. I hope this helps those who may question the need for library funding (or even a library) that the WPL does in fact serve a large community. I hope that LGA (local government aid) is increased so that we can restore the hours, personnel, and increase the materials offered to the public.
