Kathy, if no one responds to your entry on the
Milwaukee Journal article, one reason may be that the URL produces not the
article but a Milwaukee Journal advertisement coupon ("Help Us Serve You
Better") with questions about the reader, including date of birth, sex, etc.
Presumably, after filling out the form, people can get to the article, but many
may not be inclined to give out personal information to the
Journal.

My Mom sent me this article a while back and I
thought it might be a good stimulus for our ongoing conversation about health
care.
I think that it is interesting that this
individual has discovered a way to be profitable serving the uninsured and
that part of the philosophy includes catastrophic health care savings
accounts. What do others think about it? Might something like this work in
Winona?
