[Winona Online Democracy]

Good!  WOD needed a bit of levity at this point. And that, I am certain is
most of what  Paul really intended - beyond a "shot" on taxation, which is
well deserved. This coming from a person that puts food on the table from
his salary that is tax money.

You have to know Paul (which I do) to visualize the grin on his face as he
wrote his "outhouse piece". Nice try, Paul, but it doesn't appear to have
lightened things up here a bit.
