[Winona Online Democracy] Next Tuesday will the first event in what will eventually be a three-part Local Land Planning Series put on by a group of people who include local elected officials, state DNR staff, local business members, and other community members.
The event is targeted to people who are interested in development, the environment, systems thinking, and general local land planning.
