[Winona Online Democracy] I was walking the dog and noticed that the non-functioning lawn car across from the Windom Park Bed and Breakfast is missing.(calling it junk seems too judgementaI) Don't know its fate. Restoration or metal shredder? Not to worry though, there are a lot more of them in the vicinity of the Lamberton Home.
