[Winona Online Democracy]
In april the Winona County Board voted to approve a plan to take new
aerial photos of the county. This information would be used to aid the
Winona County planners, but would it also be available to the general
public? I am familiar with the GIS site hosted by City of Winona's
website but I have not found any new hi-res images.
