Friday I searched the WSU catalogs and did not even find the abstract, and
it appears the Journal releases full-text several months after publication;
in other words, as of Friday it seems the report is just simply unavailable
except to hard-copy subscribers.
So David, it would be helpful if you would please share your copy or URL so
we can all be informed.
(How does one search the website logs? That would seem to be a rather
obscure means to check readership.)
