Dwayne or others,             Having lived in the land of wind (Dakota’s) I’d enjoy hearing some of the details on the proposed County/County EDA wind generator.  Do you have any information on initial cost’s, maintenance costs and payback schedule of the single generator?  Typically these towers get built in large numbers, what are the long term plans and explain how this idea relates to economic development for Winona County.  Thanks.   Keith Nelson City of Winona Public Works Winona, MN 507 457 8274
