[Winona Online Democracy] I'm not sure if these are the same turbines but there is a factory on Fargo (DMI) that makes towers for Wind Turbines. There are HUNDREDS of these towers stacked up and ready to be shipped. They are going to IL, WI, MI and Ontario from Fargo. I believe the towers belong to GE. Someone is clearly making a very big investment in Wind Energy. I've seen a couple of these wind farms and they really are inspiring.
