[Winona Online Democracy]

Hello Again,

Sorry for two e-mails back to back.

Below is the kind of wind turbine that the Winona County EDA and others are looking at as we apply for the competitive grant from the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

Here is the text that would appear below the graphic:

---
" Governor Pawlenty celebrates Earth Day [2005] by dedicating a 1650 kW [or a.k.a. 1.65 megawatt] wind turbine at the University of Minnesota in Morris Minnesota. The wind turbine is the foundation of the West Central Research and Outreach Center at the University of Minnesota - Morris. Plans are to eventually generate hydrogen from the electricity produced by the wind turbine. The project has received funding through the SEO, LCMR, Xcel Energy and the University.
