Dear Mr. Brooks,
That piece of propaganda you slipped onto this board that youlifted
from the New York Times (which is the DailyLeftist Manifesto as far as
I am concerned) Has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS on this board. If you want
to argue about national politics this is not the forum for it.
However, feel free to email me personally if you would like a more
reality based perspective on the premise you posted. Also, please
refrain from quoting the NYT in the future, that paper has proven
itself time and time again to be nothing but a skewered mouthpiece of
the far left minority in this country.
Regards,
C.E. Woodford
... and what by chance would you call Fox News?
The NYT, Fox News, and Al Jazeera may be propaganda, but they are
products of their clientele. If there is a market for this type of
"propaganda" then that also means someone has failed to convince others
of their message. Oh yes... it is the Liberal, Conservative, insert
slur here media. Whatever. If there is a conspiracy, where is the memo
to skew the news?
Thanks to the diversification of "news" sources you can for example get
the Dubai Ports deal spun thirty different ways and still not get the
truth. Even with two news sources in Winona, there are times where the
Post and the Daily Rag will paint contrasting pictures of the same
unnewsworthy event while ignoring the same newsworthy events.
Liberty is grand!
