The Board probably did, After all they are not
paying for it, and they want to make a good impression on the higher ups that
come to visit. Bob Kaldunski Sorry in advance if I stepped on
someones toes.

Subject: [Winona] High School
[Winona Online Democracy]
The big project at high school has started,
wonder how much the cost overrun will be. The same furniture that is in
the district and high school offices should be reused. I have heard from
someone that someone wants cherry wood floors in office and an interior
designer to decorate. Let's us spend the money on basics and put
anything extra in the classrooms. Sitting on the high school committee I
know there is a need for millions of dollars worth of work that needs to
be done, just to bring the high school back to, in some cases, a safe
place. I hope the board keeps the community up to date on the building
and what money is going to be spent before it is spent.
