[Winona Online Democracy] As long as the cultural emphasis will be on something other than the Great River Shakespeare Festival, we should all support it. We are in danger of being overrun by the GRSF to the extent that no other cultural events will get any community support. GRSF is good but not to the exclusion of other events.
