Jim,             I had hoped that you would not have been one of those that bought into a “conspiracy theory.”  Your rantings(comments) in this mornings WDN inferring that MnDot, Hoffman Construction and almost every administrative position in the City of Winona are all lying about the quality of the sand on the Pelzer/Port projects is amazing.  Why you have chosen not to believe the documentation, tests and word of anyone involved in the project is beyond me.              Jim, don’t believe all the stories you hear at Shorty’s West.  All governments are not working for some unnamed secret society with ties to Rome and no “the sky is not falling.”       Keith Nelson
