[Winona Online Democracy]
As the lady in the snopes article says - one can shovel snow, but one cannot shovel water- And of course one can be dry and fairly warm in a home during a blizzard, but you can't stay in your home when the water is rising. And of course, Denver did not lose its entire city to the snow, as New Orleans was lost to the water. I doubt anyone in Denver is permanently displaced.
Wouldn't mind some of that snow here though...
