at first, our system environment to run WinPcap is that Windows2000 Advanced server
with ATM network.
if we just run it under that environment , have no problem.
but after installing Windows2000 service pack 2, winpcap can't run.
we did test by testapp.exe including in WinPcap package , then it can identified
network device but can't capture packets.
how to solve it?
PLZ, help our problem.
