What does "can't capture packets" mean? Does the capture start? Do you receive any errors? Did you try to reinstall winpcap and then to reboot the machine? Have you tested windump too? Does it have the same problem? If yes, can you report the bug following the procedure described at http://winpcap.polito.it/contact.htm?
