Very few. Do you call PacketGetAdapterNames() or pcap_lookupdev() to get the list of the adapters? These functions try to open all the adapters of the machine to retrieve the description, and maybe opening the serial link causes some kind of conflicts. Loris > Thanks, > > Jens. > > >
