Hi.

Two options:

1. SMP (multiprocessor) machine? If so, winpcap does NOT work on SMP.
2. If it's not SMP, report the bug as explained at
http://winpcap.polito.it/contact.htm
    (follow *carefully* the instructions at the bottom half of the page).
