Ted,
my personal answer is "I don't know". While the PowerSDR is open source,
it takes time to read it with the purpose
of debunking the algorithms used, as the documentation is practically non
existent. And there are more interesting
things to do in this life... my advice would be that of sending a message to
Bob McGwier, one of the authors of that
program. He is a collaborative guy and I am sure he will have no problems in
answering you with the details you want.
