My Company seeks schools within greater Austin and Houston looking to extend network connectivity to donate a PTP Microwave link to a school or non-profit.
The FCC allows Teligent to protect its 24 Ghz spectrum by donating connectivity in the 74 markets we possess spectrum across the country. Our Austin and Houston schools no longer require the donation, so we seek other candidates. Requirements: 1. Direct Line of Sight between buildings without impediments 2. 1 Static IP Address and Access to Ports 161 & 162 to ping connection Teligent pays for maintenance, installation and upkeep of a 14" antenna on the rooftop, coax cabling and a one rack radio that connects into your server on either side. You pay for electricity (about $10 monthly and provide the static IP). 1 Year donation continuing MTM afterwards with 60 day cancellation notice. No strings or bait and switch.
