We use Steel-Belted RADIUS fron FUNK software...
(runs on Solaris and Windows)
Expensive but reliable and fast.

I would definitely take a look at:
www.open.com.au/radiator/

Their list of supported EAP types is incredible

click on pricing...!

If you want a really cheap one, Freeradius is a good option.
