Put your NMS here

Management -> SNMP ->  Trap Controls
Check off what you want.
Sounds like you want to start with
Cisco AP Traps
        AP Register
        AP Interface Up/Down

With WCS, you could create a template, and apply this to all your
controllers at once as well.  (Here's a secret, this is how WCS get's it
info in the first place)
