Hi We have a few grad students who are doing their PHD projects and require some 801.11 Access Points which can do mesh.
We are a bit concerned that this will interfere with our campus 802.11 deployment (their lab is near a very busy student hangout), and as such are hoping to help them find an AP that will allow some configurable options, most specifically transmit power and channel selection. I'm just wondering if anyone has any recommendations. They only need 2-3 Access Points and of course cost and ease-of-use is a concern. So far they found a product from meraki which does mesh, but has frew configurable options. Any advice/recommendations is welcomed.
