statusCode=1, user already logged in
statusCode=2, user not configured to authenticate against web portal
statusCode=3, username cannot be used at this time
statusCode=4, user blacklisted
statusCode=5, username/password invalid

Be sure when you submit the form that buttonClicked=4.  I have no idea
why, but it needs to be set for it to work :)
