Our one-touch installer stalled during the .exe- said it saw multiple copies of WCS, but only one anywhere is what we were upgrading from. Searched the server far and wide for traces of any earlier versions, and all earlier upgrades went fine (except one that I'd rather not relive).
I upgraded "manually" and all was well, except for many of the bugs that I hoped would be fixed our still present. Lee H. There is always downtime with an upgrade.
