Yeah, I noticed the Cisco connection and have dropped a note to them on
this. That's the address though that the Blackberry user says is on
her phone, so it's not a controller address. Obviously, we'd like to
get our hands on the phone to have a look at it. Just wanted to see
if this rings a bell with someone before we start to dig really deep
into it.

It's probably the mac address of a controller interface.
