   We are also pilot a few sets of the T-M and no symptom like you describe yet.

   From the TM, there is some kind of network details to show what AP that the 
TM associate with (as BSSID ) ... If that would help ya to track them down.

Well, this may be related to the inability of users to determine their MAC 
address vs. the MAC address of the AP to which they're associated (although I 
don't know how they would be seeing their APs MAC).

Upon further analysis, that address is the 802.11 interface of one of 
our APs.    We'll take it from here -- sorry for the false alarm.
