Chuck and Ian make excellent points. I've never had the dreaded "click click 
click BUZZZZZZZ" of cell phones from a WiFi only device or AP.

Any chance you can get access to the same or similar setup for a quick test? 
Put an AP of the same or similar model of what you want to install next to 
different parts of the system (input, amp, speakers) and turn the power level 
of the AP up to max and associate a few clients.
