Here is a great podcast that discusses various RF tools, as well as some videos
that compare the different RF apps. I personally still use the cisco spectrum
expert card, works great just hate pcmcia form factor of the card.

Subject: [WIRELESS-LAN] Wi-Fi troubleshooting and Spectrum Analysis

What does everyone use for Wi-Fi troubleshooting and spectrum analysis? I've
got some localized issues this year in the dorms that were not present in
previous years that I need to get to the root cause of, and am thinking it is
probably interference based. Therefore, I'm looking at purchasing something to
do spectrum analysis with. I've been looking at getting Wi-Spy DBx with
software, but have also had good luck in the past with Fluke products and am
debating their AirMedic USB kit. Anyone have any suggestions?
