You can't blame Cisco and others for the ongoing "Browser wars" - It is what it 
is, I run into a lot of enterprise web-based applications that suffer the same 
problems.
 
At least Firefox offers the ESR builds - but then you're making a decision 
between new features or extended compatibility with your enterprise 
applications.
