Every CURRENT (Wave 1) 802.11ac AP with the exception of Cisco has TWO Gig
NICs.
Cisco will add the second NIC with Wave2

Unless you plan to remain a Cisco Wave1 user forever.....  the answer is
two.
The TSB-162A calls for Cat6a cabling to Access Points
