Well, let's be fair... Every wireless vendor that runs a switching line is going to try to get you to run their switches. Why would Cisco be any different than HP. The good news for HP customers is that they will get a better management platform and solid wireless from the same vendor. I suspect all the remaining Aruba customers (the vast majority) will happily continue to run things as they always have.
I think ANY wireless company that has a good track record, is innovative, and has a good customer base will eventually be sucked into a larger networking company. It just makes sense.
