Christopher,

We have a group on campus that has about 40 iPads in a cart for student
use. We never had a connection issue per se with these iPads, but we did
notice that every hour (literally every 60 minutes) we would see all of the
iPads that were asleep and connected to a single AP suddenly disconnect
then reconnect. Our wireless vendor is Cisco. To my knowledge when they
woke them up they never had an issue with connecting them, we just happened
to notice an hourly dip in our Prime connection graphs during the summer.

I'm not sure if this helps or not....
