Sorry, I only answered part. For controllers, we designate our main master controller pair as Aruba-Master-<buildingName] with the shared virtual name as Aruba-Master.
Our local and master controllers are named as <buildingName>-[local or master]-<2 digit number starting at 01>. For most buildings, our access switch naming is generally “<buildingName>-<roomNumber>-SW-STACK” (e.g. DH-1143-SW-STACK) except for one large building that has zone numbers for the network closets. Than naming there is “<buildingName>-Z-<2 digit zoneNumber>-SW-STACK” (e.g. GH-Z-01-SW-STACK).
