We have around 1200 Cisco APs and over the last year I have had about 10-12 RMAs on APs, with the majority of them being AIR-CAP702s. This does not include the 10 I lost to a lightning strike which they would not replace because of their act of God clause. To clarify I went back to April 2015, but I have had only 1 RMA in 2016.
