Are you saying that all of your institution’s users visiting one specific school are having authentication failures? Or are you saying that all visitors from a specific institution are unable to authenticate to your eduroam network?

All are getting rejected from Stetson’s RADIUS servers and it looks like a leading “\” may be the problem. Not seeing that on any other school’s Network IDs.
