Subject: Digital Media Wire - April 12

(Washington) The Washington Post recently reported on concerns from the
two satellite radio providers -- XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite
Radio -- that signals from wireless fidelity, or "wi-fi" wireless Internet
connections could interfere with their audio signals. Both companies have
asked the FCC to put limits on wi-fi signals, by either lowering their
signal strength or putting filtering equipment on devices that transmit
wi-fi signals.
