any WinCE device is supported with orinoco drivers, you just need to
download them from the orinoco website..

my lucent/orinoco card works in my NEC mobilepro 800 with WinCE 2.11

keep in mind though, you'll need a PCMCIA slot.. not all handhelds have
those..
