Out of the box, linux should support pcmcia & wireless.
With the card plugged in it should be detected. 

Under redhat 7.2 (should be the same as 7.3), the defaults
are stored in /etc/pcmcia/wireless.opts Checkout some of the HOWTO 
documents on linux, they should be able to help with the finer points.
