The calculation I am using is:
96.6 + 20 log(f) + 20 log(d) dB = PathLoss dB
"f" is frequency in GHz and "d" is path distance in miles.
Of course this is ignoring Median Diffraction loss, Median Tropo
loss, Scatter loss, Atmospheric Absorbtion loss, Meteorological
zone adjustment, etc.
