Sirius, the Satellite Digital Audio Service licensee who filed a Petition for Rulemaking with the FCC a while ago, seeking drastic reductions in the out of band emissions limits (~35 dB!) has withdrawn their Petition. I got an e-mail from a WECA colleague and also confirmed this by talking briefly with FCC-OET. Thought you'd all like to know ... Regards, Carl R.
