Has anyone heard of the concept of a WISP Cooperative, that is, where the WISP access points would be open only to those persons that themselves provided an access point for other WISP members? Seems to me that this has the benefit of preventing freeloading while not being a particularly onerous burden for users. Would appreciate feedback and comments.
